Alpha Training Facility ("Alpha," "we," "us") operates the Alpha Fitness mobile app and alphatrainingfacility.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or use our services, we collect:

• Account details — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only a reference to your Stripe customer record and your subscription status.
• Workout data — workout results you log, personal records, and workout history you choose to import.
• Attendance records — class check-ins recorded by our coaches or generated from workout history you import.
• Waiver submissions — the liability waiver you sign, including date of birth, emergency contact, and signature.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your membership.
• To process payments and subscriptions through Stripe.
• To deliver daily workout programming and track your results, records, and attendance.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app and our services, and to send service-related email such as receipts and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (Stripe privacy policy).
• SugarWOD — the platform our coaches use to publish daily workout programming shown in the app.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email (receipts, password resets, membership notices).

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service for us.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: open My Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cancels any active subscription and removes your profile, workout logs, personal records, attendance history, and waiver submissions from our systems.
